Deb got started in the travel profession in 1972 and works in our corporate division. She favors working with International travel. Deb has been to Australia, Japan, Croatia, Slovenia, Alaska, Hawaii, Grand Cayman, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, England, and on the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Banff . Her top three destinations are Australia, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. DebK@protravgr.com
Sarah began her career in the travel industry in 2000 after graduating from GVSU with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Travel and Tourism. Her specialties include negotiating corporate and group hotel rates, group transportation and airline contracts, coordinating all aspects of meetings and events, and designing registration websites for clients. She takes pride in providing the highest level of service to her customers. She has traveled all over the US, but her favorite destinations are San Francisco, New York City and Paris. She loves to experience new things, see new places and immerse herself in different cultures. Evelyn has been in the industry for 30+ years. She is a certified CTC and has been to Asia, Mexico, Canada, Great Britain, Venezuela, Caribbean and all throughout the United States. When asked what her favorite destination has been so far Evelyn said “Hawaii”. EvelynL@protravgr.com
Amy graduated from American Travel School in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1988. She began her career in 1988 at RCI Travel, where she did both domestic and international travel. In 1993 she took a new position as manager at Uniglobe Great Lakes Travel who was later bought out and then went to work for the new owners where she did leisure travel from 2006 until her move to corporate agent at Professional Travel in 2015. Sandra has been in the travel industry for over 20+ years. Her travel background includes, Vacation, Missionary, Adoption, Corporate, and Group Travel. She has also worked for Delta Airlines at the Grand Rapids Airport.
She’s has expanded her skills to include Business Development. She has traveled to Frances, Korea, Japan, New Zeeland, Hawaii, and the Netherlands.
What she loves most about her job is the people. She says, You just never know who you’re going to meet. Everyone has a story they want to tell whether it’s personal or professional. We should always take the time to listen to it. Those few minutes could change your life.
